Mitch Kall is a Partner and Director of Property Management at Modern CRE. Mitch has 10+ in property management experience where he has managed Office, Retail, Industrial, Mix-use, and Redevelopment assets.

Mitch believes that property, facilities, and asset management duties go beyond just collecting rent. As director of the division he strives and trains his coworkers to be an asset to the property. With correct management he can improve his owners value, NOI, and sale of the building when the time comes.

Mitch is responsible for managing properties, training employees, bringing in new business, project management, and overall day to day oversite of all owned and 3rd party managed properties within Modern CRE.

Originally from North Mankato, MN Mitch revived his Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management from Metropolitan State University. Mitch enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling, and being outside.
